All items are carefully packaged in boxes designed to protect your frame and print while in transit from our facilities to your home. Imagekind offers three shipping options: Ground, Two Business Day, and Next Business Day.
For canvas prints, we reserve the right to rush production in-house and ship via Ground Shipping to achieve the estimated delivery date in which case the rush delivery fee will be applied to a rush production fee. The rush production and shipping method will be determined on a case by case basis.
We reserve the right to change shipping partners as we determine (eg. international shipments, etc).

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All production, shipping, and delivery time frames provided on the site are estimates. Imagekind does not guarantee ship or delivery dates. Inclement weather, peak shopping times, transit delays, as well as other factors may affect delivery times.
Delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time.

Can I ship to a P.O. box?
Not at this time. Our carrier requires a physical street address.

What about international import duties?
The international shipping charges do not include the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery. Please go to our shipping provider www.fedex.com for more information.

How do I know my item has shipped?
You can view shipping information for your order in the Purchase History tab in the Member Account area. Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for each item in your order.

What If I need to cancel my order?
We can cancel your order within the first 24 hours from the time it was placed. After this time, since the order will be production, we may require a processing fee.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
The workmanship of your canvas is guaranteed for 365 days from the date of shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know and we’ll fix the problem as quickly as possible.
Please follow the instructions below and one of our representatives will quickly ship out a replacement.
1) Take a digital photo of the damaged item; include a photo of the box if it was also damaged.
2) Attach your digital photos to an email and send them to care@imagekind.com. Be sure to include the full name on the order, order number, item name, and a brief description of the damage.
3) You will receive an email within 1-2 business days to let you know that your return is being processed.
If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, we may request that you provide additional information or return the item before the return can be processed.

What if I don’t love my wall art?
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we would be happy to assist you with an exchange for an additional shipping fee. While we can issue a full refund within 14 days our shipping fee is non-refundable.
Returns and exchanges 15 days after the delivery date may be charged an additional 40% processing fee based on the amount paid on the order.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the ship date.

What If I need to change my order?
Address Changes
Please contact us as soon as possible with your new shipping address. If the order has not shipped out, we can update the shipping address. If your order is in the final stages of production we may not be able to update the shipping address.
Order Changes
We can modify your order within the first 24 hours from the time it was placed. After this time, since the order will be production, changes other than address or shipping method may require a processing fee.
