I received a notice that Imagekind could not process my Membership payment. What should I do?
If you pay by credit card, please go to your account, click on "Membership Level" and be sure that your current payment method is valid and that the card has not expired since you first added it. If you need to change your credit card or the expiration date of the current card, click on "Change." Delete the current card and add the new information. We will try to charge your card again in one week, but if the charge fails to go through, your account will be downgraded to the Standard free account and you will lose images in all but three galleries, your Storefront, and other account benefits if you haven't prepared in advance of the downgrade. If we are unable to charge your credit card after the second attempt, we will downgrade your account to the Standard free membership level, which only allows three galleries. Before the downgrade, you will need to consolidate all of your images into three galleries and delete all other galleries. If you don't do this before the downgrade, you will lose all or part of your images, and these cannot be retrieved for you. You will also lose other account benefits if you haven't prepared in advance of the downgrade. See Membership Levels in your Admin to compare account benefits and modify your account accordingly.

Will I get my images back if I upgrade my account after it was downgraded?
Even if you upgrade to a paid account again, we won't be able to bring your images back. You will receive the benefits of the paid account and be able to create more galleries, but you will have to rebuild your storefront and re-upload your images to your new galleries.
