How do I place an order?
After you have selected a print, frame, and mat selection you would like to purchase just click on the Add to Cart button. You can finish the ordering process by clicking on the Checkout button, or you may continue shopping by clicking on the I'll Keep Shopping link. You may return to your shopping cart at anytime to checkout by clicking on Cart in the upper right hand corner of the header. During the checkout process you can modify a selection at any time by clicking on the Cart tab and clicking the modify link under the item you would like to change.

At Imagekind, we occasionally run special promotion offers. To make sure you stay up to date on current specials, sales and promotions, please sign up for our newsletter.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other promotion codes. Limit one order per person. Promotion code must be used at time of checkout to apply. Your order must be placed during the promotional period to qualify for this special pricing offer.
Free shipping promo applies to US ground shipping only and cannot be applied in part towards another shipping service type. Not valid on greeting cards. Order size includes order amount before shipping and tax.
Framed discount promo applies to custom frames, mats and glazing only. Promotion does not apply to fitting charges or prints.

Can I save items in my Shopping Cart and purchase them later?
If you are an Imagekind member and signed into your account, you may save items in your shopping cart. The items will still be in your cart when you log back in. You can view your Cart at any time by clicking on the Cart link in the upper right hand corner in the header. The way to remove something from your shopping cart is to click the Remove link from the cart itself.

What are promotional codes valid for?
APPLIES TO ALL PROMOTIONS
Promotional Codes may not be combined.
Promotional Offers can not redeemable for cash, have no trade value and are only valid for online purchases of mats, glazing and frames, and Museum Art prints at www.imagekind.com. Promo codes must be used at checkout within the promotion dates to be valid. Imagekind Pro and Platinum Account Memberships and Gift Card purchases are not included in any promotional offer.
SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
Free Shipping Promotional Codes are valid for all qualifying orders of Museum or Member Art. Orders must meet minimum purchase amount. Offer is applicable for ground shipping in the United States only.
OTHER PROMOTIONS
Promotional Codes apply to all Museum Art prints and all Custom Framing. These promotional codes do not apply to Member Art prints (including canvas prints stretched over bars), Account Memberships or Gift Cards.

Will I receive an order confirmation after I have placed my order?
Once you have completed your order we will send you a confirmation email. You may also check the status of your order by signing into your Imagekind account and clicking on the Account tab. Click the My Purchase History link on the right of the screen.

What is the Imagekind Guarantee Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Imagekind purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days and we will refund the cost of your item. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.

What is an Imagekind e-Gift Card?
An Imagekind e-Gift Card is the perfect gift for all occasions. With our wide selection of museum and member art, mats and frames, there are thousands of different choices for every person. All of our products are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You can also use Imagekind e-Gift Cards with all promotions. You may also return your e-Gift Card for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Imagekind e-Gift Cards may only be used for making purchases on Imagekind.com. It cannot be redeemed for cash, or applied as payment on any account, except where required by law. Returns are accepted only within 30 days of purchase. The value of your gift card will not be replaced if the certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed, altered, or used without your permission. To use your Imagekind e-Gift Card online, enter the gift card number on the Billing Information page at Checkout. You will still be asked to enter your credit card information but your card will not be charged if your order total does not exceed the gift card amount. How do I purchase an Imagekind e-Gift Card?
You can buy an Imagekind e-Gift Cards on the shop page of www.imagekind.com. We will send an email to the recipient which includes a code that can be entered at the checkout page. The e-Gift Cards can be purchased in $10 increments. The "From," "To," and "Message" fields are optional, however if you fill these in we will include this information in the email that is sent to the recipient of your e-Gift Card.

How can I redeem my Imagekind e-Gift Card?
When you are on the checkout page, enter the code from your Imagekind e-Gift card and then click on the Apply Card button. You will still need to enter credit card information for the order to go through, but your card will not be charged If the gift card amount is more than your total. You can continue to use the code until the balance is used up.

I placed my order before (or after) the promotion. Can I still get this discount?
Promotions are only valid during the specified dates. They cannot be redeemed for orders placed either prior to or after the promotion time period.
