I've always had a fondness for colorful images which have an abstract character. Often times you will find these sorts of images on posters. The image is almost real, but has more impressionistic quality to it. All the images in this gallery use a photograph as the base. I start with an image which I feel has an interesting composition or combination of elements and then I play with color and shape in Photoshop to create something which still looks like a real object, but has interesting colors or shapes that have emerged from the post processing. I hope you enjoy them as much I did in creating them.
