Air is one of the four classical elements in ancient Greek philosophy and science. Air is not one of the traditional five Chinese classical elements. Nevertheless, the ancient Chinese concept of Qi or chi is believed to be close to that of air. In East Asia, "air" is seen as the equivalent of "wood". Truth is the first quality of the Air Element. It is about finding your own essential truth, the truth of who you really are. The Air Element is associated with the Easter Quarter of the Wheel, the Quarter of morning, Spring and youth.
