I've always loved interiors and specifically, chairs. I had a gold velvet wingback chair of my mom's that I always kept in my art studio, but in 2006 it was swept away in a flood! It still haunts me and from time to time I find myself drawing it again, as if to honor the love I felt for it. Chairs always give me the feeling of comfort and security so painting them makes me feel relaxed and comfy. I hope they make you feel that way too!
