Current Gallery: ducktales ( piece)
In 1979 I began a series of duck related cartoon puns called DuckTales for which I registered a trademark, which is now shared with the Walt Disney Company. I met a lot of very creative people, especially my great friend George Heath; who sculpted the “Not Playing With A Full Duck” mug for me in wax. In 1992, knowing the computer would replace an entire studio staff I could not resist taking an entry-level job with a very generous game developer named Ivan Manley. At Manley’s I was fortunate enough to meet Friz Freleng at MGM studios. Star struck I could barely speak but managed to give him a “Not Playing With A Full Duck” mug. More recently I have made the acquaintance of a colony of rabbits that write children’s stories. I have offered to help them as much as possible to get their little stories published. Sometimes their work is a bit rough but their intention is from the heart. They want to help encourage friendship, acceptance, and problem solving and to be doing everything with a fun loving most times silly attitude.
